Our first project
The Storyteller Project
“What do you know that the rest of us don’t?”
Through the Storyteller Project, local residents, craftspeople and enthusiasts learn to present their own short programmes, with guidance from experienced British television professionals. No experience needed, just something worth sharing.

Brian Thornton
Managing Director, Cheer TV
A veteran of UK cable and broadcast television. Brian built and launched a regional cable television franchise, brought local programming to 17 cities for Cable & Wireless (winning a New Media Age award), led the build and launch of The Money Channel, and became Managing Director of ITV Local.
Brian Naylor
Speaker, Presentation Skills Trainer & Author
Founder of the TV Training Academy and author of On-Screen and TV Presenting. Brian has appeared on the BBC and Sky Sports, directed television series, and for over a decade has trained individuals and organisations to communicate with confidence, on camera and off.
